Brokerage Services
Help achieving your goals
Brokerages are designed to assist a person with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need access resources for services. CSS can be hired as a provider agency to provide defined services to meet the person’s outcome goals. CSS staff are rigorously trained, drug tested, go through a background check and need an approved driving record to provide these services. If you are interested in this type of service, contact the IDD Program in the county of residence to be evaluated for service legibility. Once eligible, CSS can be hired as a provider agency for services and supports to meet the individual’s desired goals.
Supported Living
Meeting personal needs
Our program offers person-centered supports and services to adults living in their own homes. These services are individualized and flexible to meet their personal needs and desires. CSS strives to ensure individuals have positive control over the lives and the way they choose to live. Supports and services are determined by the person and those who know them best. Supported living services include but are not limited to facilitating support, advocacy, social, behavioral and life skills for each person. Development and provision of 24-hour emergency response systems, securing and maintaining adaptive equipment and supplies, personal care, other assistive technologies and encourage community participation.

In-Home Supports
Choose how you live
In home supports are services provided to an individual who lives in their own home or in a family home. The services delivery system is generated through the counties, CSS can be contracted to provide attendant care, hourly relief and/or skills training. In any of these three areas staff can support activities of daily living and or IADLs (Instrumental activities of daily living). Contacting the Counties of your residence and requesting CSS can initiate this service.
