Designed to assist a person with intellectual and developmental disabilities who need access resources for services. We can be hired as a provider agency to provide defined services to meet the person’s outcome goals. Our staff are rigorously trained, drug tested, go through a background check and need an approved driving record to provide these services.
More than a living space
Our program offers person-centered supports and services to adults living in their own homes. These services are individualized and flexible to meet their personal needs and desires. We strive to ensure individuals have positive control over the lives and the way they choose to live. Supports and services are determined by the person and those who know them best. Supported living services include but are not limited to facilitating support, advocacy, social, behavioral and life skills for each person. Development and provision of 24-hour emergency response systems, securing and maintaining adaptive equipment and supplies, personal care, other assistive technologies and encourage community participation.

Designed to assist a person with intellectual and Provided to an individual who lives in their own home or in a family home. The services delivery system is generated through the counties, CSS can be contracted to provide attendant care, hourly relief and/or skills training. In any of these three areas staff can support activities of daily living and or IADLs (Instrumental activities of daily living).
